Rooms prices are per person per night. They do not include the local tourism tax – currently € 2.60 per person per day. They also do not include holiday cancellation insurance of €3 per person per day. Children up to the age of 15 years do not have to pay the local tourism tax or holiday cancellation insurance.

In general, cancellations are only accepted in written form. For cancellations up to 3 months before the scheduled day of arrival there is no cancellation charge. For cancellations up to 1 month before the scheduled day of arrival we charge 40% of the total package price. For cancellations up to 1 week before the scheduled date of arrival we charge 70% of the total package price. For cancellations in the last week before the scheduled date of arrival we charge 90% of the total package price.
