Come in and switch off is the motto at our spa here at the Hotel Theresa in Zell am Ziller. Spread across 3,500 square metres, it offers guests five chlorine-free pools filled with spring water, eight saunas and six chillout areas. Those keen to work out even on holiday will find a 160-square-metre gym with state-of-the-art machines as well as a wide range of classes and courses. Last but certainly not least, all the energy needed to run the spa is generated by our solar panels.

I always make sure I drink enough water, especially as the water here in the Zillertal Valley is so good. Another thing that is importan to me is "Mehrner Heilwasser", a special spring water from the nearby town of Brixlegg which is rich in minerals and forms the basis of the BALANCE ALPINE 1000+ beauty products.
